For most Phoenix kitchens, yes, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, drywall and a couple of appliances. A kitchen remodel combined with other rooms may need a 30 yard.
Can a 20 yard dumpster handle a roof tear-off?
Often yes for one layer of asphalt shingles on a single-story home. Concrete tile roofs are much heavier and may need a different plan. Call with your roof size and type.
