How many do you need?
For job sites, OSHA sets the minimum based on crew size. Up to 20 workers need at least one toilet. Above that, the requirement rises with headcount. See our OSHA portable toilet guide.

Long-term rentals such as construction sites get scheduled servicing: pumping, cleaning, restocking toilet paper and refreshing deodorizer. Busy sites or large crews may need service more often. Short event rentals are delivered clean and stocked, then picked up afterward, with mid-event service available for multi-day events.

Phoenix summers are hard on portable restrooms. Heat speeds up odor, and high usage fills tanks faster. We plan placement (shade when possible, away from food areas), service frequency and unit count with the heat in mind. - Firm, level ground with a clear path for the service truck
- Away from food prep, but close enough to be convenient
- Doors facing away from main walkways when possible, for privacy
- An accessible route to at least one ADA unit when the public will use them

How often are porta potties serviced?
Construction and long-term rentals usually get weekly service. Large crews, heavy use or extreme heat may need more. Event units arrive clean, and multi-day events can get service between days.
How far in advance should I book for an event?
As early as you can, especially for spring and fall weekends, which are the Valley's busiest event season. Call (602) 595-7860 to check availability for your date.
Do you rent portable toilets for backyard parties?
Yes. One or two units can make a big difference for a backyard wedding, graduation party or family reunion.
